All product information, pricing, availability, and related data displayed on our platform is sourced from publicly accessible information on third-party retailer websites. We do not create, verify, or control this information.

We are not responsible for any discrepancies between information displayed on TakeALittle and actual prices or availability on retailer websites.

5.4 No Price Guarantee
We do not guarantee that prices displayed on our platform are the lowest available prices, nor do we guarantee that the products are in stock or available for purchase.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property on TakeALittle (excluding third-party content) are owned by TakeALittle, its licensors, or other content providers. This includes but is not limited to:

If you submit any content to TakeALittle (such as reviews, comments, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our service.

7. Prohibited Uses and User Conduct

8. Payment Terms (Premium Subscriptions)

Premium subscription fees are displayed on our pricing page. All fees are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through PayFast, a third-party payment service provider. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to PayFast's terms and conditions. We do not store or process your payment card information directly.
8.3 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
8.4 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your subscription through your account settings.

You and TakeALittle agree that the High Court of South Africa (Gauteng Division, Pretoria) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms, regardless of whether the disputed amount would ordinarily fall within the jurisdiction of a lower court.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and TakeALittle regarding your use of the service.
