Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
3. Fraudulent or Deceptive Conduct
You must not:
Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
Use false identities or impersonate others
Engage in phishing or social engineering
Create fake accounts or use bot accounts
Manipulate our systems or data
Engage in any form of fraud or scam
Misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity
4. Intellectual Property Violations
You must not:
Infringe copyright, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
Upload or share pirated content
Use our Platform to distribute infringing materials
Claim ownership of content you don't own
Remove or alter copyright notices or watermarks
Scrape or copy our Platform content without permission
5. Security Violations
You must not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission (bots, scrapers, crawlers)
Probe, scan, or test our systems for vulnerabilities
Launch denial of service (DoS) attacks
Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Attempt to decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer our software
Access or search the Platform by any means other than our publicly available interfaces
6. Platform Abuse
You must not:
Overburden or interfere with Platform operations
Use the Platform in a way that disrupts other users' access
Create an excessive load on our infrastructure
Perform automated queries without permission
Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
Manipulate or game our algorithms or features
Abuse our customer support or reporting systems
Create duplicate accounts to abuse free tier features
7. Commercial Reselling Prohibited
IMPORTANT: You must not:
Resell products purchased using information from our Platform
Operate a reselling business using our data
Use our Platform for arbitrage or dropshipping
Bulk-purchase items for commercial resale
Use automated buying tools in conjunction with our Platform
Explanation: As stated in our Terms of Service, we prohibit the reselling of items purchased via our Platform. This policy protects the integrity of our service and prevents abuse.
8. Data Scraping and Misuse
You must not:
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our Platform (except through official API if provided)
Use automated tools to extract pricing data
Copy or republish our compiled price information
Create competing services using our data
Sell or license data obtained from our Platform
Use our data for training AI or machine learning models without permission
Build databases using our compiled information
Why This Matters: We compile pricing data legally from public sources. However, our compilation, analysis, and presentation represents significant investment and intellectual property.
9. Misrepresentation and False Information
You must not:
Submit false product reviews or ratings (if implemented)
Manipulate deal ratings or recommendations
Provide false feedback or complaints
Make false claims about products, retailers, or our Platform
Post misleading price information
Artificially inflate or deflate deal scores
10. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You must not:
Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
Use our Platform to harvest email addresses
Send bulk messages through our systems
Advertise products or services without permission
Post repetitive or irrelevant content
11. Inappropriate Content
You must not post or share:
Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content
Violent, graphic, or disturbing content

Content that glorifies illegal activity
Malicious or deceptive content

12. Interference with Others
You must not:

Help others circumvent our security or restrictions
13. Competitive Intelligence Abuse
You must not use our Platform to:
Monitor retailer pricing strategies for competitive purposes (unless you're a consumer)
Conduct systematic competitive intelligence gathering
Build price-matching systems for commercial use
Create price-monitoring services using our data
Permitted Use: Individual consumers may use our Platform to make informed purchasing decisions.
14. API Abuse (If/When Available)
If we provide an API, you must not:
Exceed rate limits
Use the API for unauthorized purposes
Share API keys or credentials
Use the API to build competing services
Violate API terms and conditions
User-Generated Content Rules
